Appointments & Consultations

New patients are always welcomed! Our staff at Atlanta Medical Day Spa will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. 

 

Existing patients are encourgaged to contact our office for your personalized access code to schedule appointments from the convience of your home.

 

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

 

Patient Financing

Most medical insurance plans will not usually cover cosmetic procedures. Our office is able to assist you with a financing program for elective medical procedures. We also participate in CareCredit Healthcare Finance follow the link on the side bar for more information.

 

Accepted Insurance

​Our office participates with most insurance plans.  Our office will gladly assist you with determinations of any medically necessary procedures requiring pre-authorization.
